To All Muskingum County Employers:
Many employers are challenged right now with finding qualified workers.
At the same time, students are challenged with learning the skills and strengths needed to contribute at a place of work and find a rewarding career. We want to help more young people get ready for the world of work and become prepared and productive employees for you.
Therefore, we are compiling a directory of employers that provide students with opportunities to be involved in their operations. The online Directory will be called the "Student-Business Connector". We want to collect information from businesses that offer programs to expose students to employment and careers and list those on a website where students, parents and educators can find them. You can view a sample of the website, which is of course still under construction as we collect information, at Student-Business Connector.
