The program will cover hearing loss, OSHA regulations, hearing protection and common things heard with regards to noise.  Michael Coates is an Industrial Hygienist for the Bureau of Workers Compensation. For the past twenty-two years Michael has been involved in the safety and health profession, consulting with hundreds of industries. He has been a speaker at national and regional conferences throughout the country and worked with companies such as Pepsi, Lucent Technologies, Coca -Cola, Frito Lay, Kaiser Aluminum and Rockwell International. His work for the last sixteen years has been with The Ohio BWC Division of Safety and Hygiene.
