Hey, I saw YOU on TV!

That's what people you don't even know will tell you when you participate in a Chamber-WHIZ TV campaign.

We organize this series of messages to get the word out about civic issues, like the value of buying locally and the importance of chamber membership. Here's a great example from a previous campaign

This TV series also helps YOU, by providing an opportunity to gain high visibility at an affordable price.  With YOU as our spokesperson, the message is stronger and you benefit from being associated with the Chamber and an important community-oriented message.

  • Now's the time to sign up to participate in our next campaign.  Read below for more details.

MORE DETAILS

The Chamber of Commerce is teaming up again with WHIZ-TV to put together a cooperative community-awareness campaign to encourage patronage of local businesses and espouse the advantages of Chamber membership. This promotion is a perfect opportunity for businesses to increase visibility at a relatively low cost per exposure.

Each message produced will feature seven representatives from participating businesses, and each representative will be featured on-camera voicing one segment of each message. Each segment will also prominently display the representative's company logo on screen as well.

Each of the messages will air a minimum of 120 times over the course of the six-week campaign tentatively slated to run from March 23 through May 3, and will appear in Sunrise in Southeastern Ohio, The Today Show, Live at Noon, and the WHIZ-TV Reports at 6, 7, and 11, as well as NBC Primetime and syndicated programs. The cost to participate in this high-profile community-awareness campaign is $525 per business. If you would like to have a presence on multiple versions of the campaign, two positions may be purchased at $495 each, or three or more for $475 each.

For an additional $25, participants may also participate in an organ and tissue donor campaign in conjunction with Donate Life Ohio. Each participant will record a 3½ second station ID message that will air from March through May.
