About 90 percent of the U.S. population has experienced lower back pain at some point in their lives. An estimated 186 million work days are lost each year in the US to back pain. Back to Basics is a program of Genesis Healthcare System designed to help anyone take control of lower back pain and prevent back injuries. Come learn how to prevent and control back pain through exercise, diet, posture, stress management and other methods.

• A buffet breakfast will be served.
• The fee for Safety Council is either $10 per meeting or $110 per year if paid in advance .
