8:00 am to 9:00 am Zanesville Country Club PROGRAM: Stress Management in the Workplace and Work Hardening Programs Rhonda Forrestal Physical Therapist Center for Outpatient and Occupational Rehabilitation Genesis Healthcare System Rhonda Forrestal is a Physical Therapist at the Center for Outpatient and Occupational Rehabilitation (COOR) operated by Genesis. She specializes in Outpatient Therapy with the Work Hardening Program, Pulmonary Rehab, Parkinson's Exercise, and general OP Therapy. Rhonda will present a two part program: Stress Management and Work Hardening. She will discuss the importance of reducing stress within yourself and your workforce in order to maintain a safe and productive environment. Rhonda will also present information about work hardening. Work hardening is an individualized and structured rehabilitation program organized to improve function and quality of life with a goal of return to work. The program primarily consists of physical conditioning and injury prevention and wellness education designed to return the client to his/her previous employment. Work hardening can manage the human impacts of injuries, the costs of benefits, and the common delays in returning people to work. - A buffet breakfast will be served.
- The fee for Safety Council is either $10 per meeting or $110 per year if paid in advance.
