We hope you're as excited for the upcoming holidays as we are! We've been getting our team ready with lots and lots of advanced training so we can be sure you look and feel your best for your holiday gatherings. We've also been busy putting together several new gift ideas for you!

We wanted to offer you a more affordable spa package, so we created a special $99 massage and facial package as the centerpiece. We have other packages available and don't forget, we love building custom packages for you as well. We also found some amazing products kits and gifts sets for you to consider from our favorite brands!

We've had many requests to bring back our 3 for 1 series package. This is a difficult one to continue with because of it's deep discount and complexity in record keeping. Therefore, the offer will make a farewell appearance for one day only on Black Friday! Please see the special details below so you don't miss out.

Now you will receive $15 in loyalty points for referring a friend to phresh! And no need to hand out referral cards either. We'll be sure to learn how a new guest was referred to us, and we'll notify you that you have a $15 credit waiting for you on your next visit! Please know there will no longer be a 25% discount for a new guest, as we've shifted the better incentive to you.

now you can redeem your loyalty points towards services and products when you reach 15,000 points rather than 25,000. We're also simplifying the way to earn points as well. Loyalty points will be awarded for re-booking your future appointments, and for referring your friends. In the near future, we will be adding an award for multiple visits. see our website for full details of the loyalty program.

online booking change

We understand how convenient our online booking system is to some of you and we're happy to continue offering this tool. One service in particular that is a challenge to book online is a color service. Due to all the different color options available to choose from, we frequently experience not having enough time booked to perform this service, causing disappointment. Until further notice, we're asking you to book your color services via phone, email or preferably as a future appointment when you're in the salon. We are happy to continue offering online booking to you as a convenience, however please know we will no longer offer loyalty points as incentives. we really encourage you to rebook services before you leave so that we can ensure we have the best options and solutions available to you.
