Fresh Faced for JAB's Fifth Anniversary Fête
From Team JAB
We're putting on our best face for our upcoming fête on October 3, so we reached out to Global Chief Creative Officer Cornelia Zicu at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa for exclusive, expert aesthetic advice. With three weeks to go before our fifth anniversary celebration, you have just enough time to reveal a new, glowing complexion.
  • Always protect skin from the sun, even if the weather is chilly or cloudy. SPF 30 or higher is a must.
  • Never go to sleep without removing makeup.
  • In order to obtain a glowing complexion, it's important to prevent large pores, pigmentation and dehydrations. To achieve this, try a cleanser with AHA and an exfoliator once a week. A good hydration mask is important to use a minimum of once a week. Always use skincare products with strong anti-oxidants, peptides, minerals, fatty acids and vitamins.
  • Having a good diet is crucial to assure a balanced metabolism. What you put in your body always shows through your skin! Drink at least one glass of water every morning to replace the water lost during sleep. This is important to maintain hydration.
  • Wear sunglasses, as skin around the eye area is very delicate and should always be protected. Sunglasses can protect against fine lines that form from squinting in the sun.
  • Don't ignore hands or lips, treat them as you would your face. Protect against chapped skin with ultra-moisturizing hand cream and high-quality lip balm.
