 Did you know that some schools in our community have already begun summer vacation? Summer is upon us, JABBERS. Not officially, of course, but here in South Florida we feel the heat. And I don't mean basketball. While most of us are eagerly counting down the minutes until a summer routine of spur-of-the-moment weekend getaways, lazy days by the pool and impromptu trips to the ice cream store, spontaneity requires excellent planning!

For those of us who spend each day trying to fine tune the balancing act of having both a productive and relaxing summer, our natural instinct is to thrust into overdrive and try to do it all. Going on Safari
