Remember Our Soldiers on Memorial Day
From Team JAB
This Monday is Memorial Day, a day when we honor men and women who sacrificed their lives while serving in the U.S. military. Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. We will be spending the holiday with family and friends and won't be circulating a newsletter on Monday, but we'll be back on Wednesday so be sure to check your inbox. Your patience is appreciated if you don't see your post until then. Thank you to all those who are serving in the military and protecting our freedom!

What Is My Home Worth?
From Ashley Cusack: REPLY
It's no longer a secret that the Miami real estate market is back - articles are running in The Miami Herald, The Wall Street Journal is writing about it - the South Florida market is making headlines! The median home and condo price in Coral Gables struggled at $488,000 in March 2011, but has bounced back 29% since then - the median price today is $630,000. We are still a long way away from the high of $883,000 set in 2007, but we are making headway. Today's market leaves many homeowners wondering what their house is worth. People may be wondering if they have enough equity now to sell and buy bigger. How does their house compare to the one that just sold down the street? If you are one of these people and you're interested in knowing what your house is worth, send me an email and I'd be happy to do an analysis for you! Reply above or visit my website HERE.*
