Divorce Dilemma
From Anonymous:  REPLY
My husband and I are filing for a divorce and neither of us is represented by an attorney. The only question I have is whether it is customary to share the dependent exemption for tax purposes in alternate years even though our daughter will be living with me the majority of the time. I have tried researching this issue and can't find the answer. If you have experience with this, I would appreciate you contacting me. Thanks!

Enjoy the Benefits of Infant Massage
From Wendy Johnson:  REPLY
Our hands-on method ensures that parents and expectant parents will learn the art of interactive massage to suit individual needs and developmental levels. Infant massage encourages relaxation for both parent and baby. Additional benefits include promoting longer and deeper sleeping patterns and may relieve colic symptoms. Dolls are available for expectant parents, family members or any attendees who are unable to bring their baby to the class. The cost is $40 for the four week program. Class will be held weekly beginning on May 6 from 5 to 6 pm at Miami Children's Hospital. Click HERE for more information.*

Happy Earth Day, JABBERS!

From Team JAB

Today more than ever, we care about "being green." We are not only more aware, but we are all doing our part to help combat waste and dwindling resources. We do what we can to contribute: we live in eco-friendly homes, we use non-toxic, environmentally-friendly products, and we even get tips from our children on growing sustainable gardens. The world's emerging consciousness about the state of the environment was commemorated by the very first Earth Day in 1970. Earth Day 2013 may address different issues than it did over four decades ago, but the goal is the same: a clean and healthy environment without the global warming that is wreaking havoc on our planet (and our modest, but fabulous, winter wardrobe). This is a cause where every single person can make a difference and, before you know it, we'll be off to greener pastures. Learn more about Earth Day HERE.

Rare Type "O" Kidney Needed for South Florida Man

From Team JAB

We want to spread the word about a young man in our South Florida community who needs help. Bobby Bebber was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at the age of two. Not expected to survive, Bobby has fought for his life for almost three decades, living life to the fullest in the process. Despite his many challenges, Bobby went to school and then to college at Florida International University. His battle continues as he now needs a double lung transplant to keep him alive. His kidney, which his mother donated to him 11 years ago, is not healthy enough to withstand the medication that he will need, but not sufficiently unhealthy to place him on the kidney donor list. Bobby is now seeking a private "O" type kidney donor. If you or someone you know is interested in being a living donor, please contact the Duke University Medical Center kidney program, where Bobby is currently being treated, at 1-800-249-5864. Many thanks to NBC6 and Adam Kuperstein for this information.
