Talking to Your Children and Teens about Sexuality

Miami Children's Hospital will offer a program called "Talking to Your Children and Teens about Sexuality" on Saturday, April 13 from 10 am to 1 pm. Nationally renowned speaker, Dr. Marilyn Volker, will address questions and concerns regarding sexuality. She will convey learning strategies and resources for a wide range of parents' values and comfort levels. This adults-only workshop will assist parents in overcoming fears and embarrassment in speaking to their children and teenagers about sexuality. Cost is $15 per person. I would like to have my terrazzo floors refinished. They are currently covered with carpet and other tile. I've heard that both of those can leave permanent stains on the floor. Eyes on LASIK

I am researching to see whether my daughter is a candidate for LASIK eye surgery. She has severe astigmatism so I'm not sure if she would qualify for this surgery or another non-evasive correction. Has anyone had LASIK surgery that corrected their astigmatism? If you had a positive experience with a doctor, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks for any suggestions or advice!
