We operate as a remote classroom for a licensed, private and accredited school and strive to not only meet but exceed Florida Sunshine Standards. "My daughter said after her first day at NVA, she learned more in one day than she did in an entire semester at her old high school!" For information, click HERE or call (305) 321.0031.*

The Ultra Luxury Condo Market By Ashley Cusack, EWM Realtors: REPLY Ten years ago, there were only 14 condo listings on the market in Miami-Dade in excess of $5,000,000. It's hard to imagine that's true considering today there are 114 units listed over $5,000,000. Much of that has to do with the fact that back then there weren't many buildings with units that justified that price - numerous luxury buildings have since gone up, creating this ultra luxury market. There are more condos on the market today priced over $5,000,000 than ever before, and the trend is increasing. However, last year there were 35 sales of these units, which is more condo sales in excess of $5,000,000 than we've ever seen. In 2011 there were only 27 sales which was also a record breaking year. So while inventory is rising, hopefully the increasing sales trend will also continue. Having high sales like these in our backyard certainly can't hurt! To visit my website, click HERE.*

Miami Mom Makes it Big Time!
From Team JAB
Congratulations to Susie Taylor, Miami-based Founder and CEO of bibbitec, on her debut appearance on Shark Tank. Be sure to watch her present bibbitec's Ultimate Bib to a panel of judges and potential investors. Susie turned a typical "mom" experience into a great business idea when she designed a high-quality, multi-tasking bib after a particularly messy place ride with her children. We met Susie when we were finalists together in the Miami Herald challenge in 2009. We wish her lots of luck as she seeks further support for her venture. Watch the episode on Friday, February 1 at 8 pm ET on ABC.
