Merry Christmas
DEAR JABBERS:
With Christmas only four days away, our days are filled with trips to the mall and toy stores in search of last minute gifts, long lines at the post office and thoughts of where to relocate that pesky little "Elf on the Shelf." While these last few days can leave us feeling rushed and stressed, it should also leave us feeling grateful for all the blessings we have received this year.

As the countdown to Christmas ends, and the countdown to the New Year begins, let us take time to reflect on the true magic of the holidays which we find in spending quality time and making new memories with family and friends.

At JustAskBoo, we want to wish you and your family health, happiness, and a spectacular year filled with love, joy and prosperity.

Happy Holidays and Happy JABBING!

-Team JAB

P.S. We're spending the holidays with family and friends so we won't be circulating a newsletter next week. But we'll be back in the New Year - be sure to check your inbox on January 2!

Until December 26, parking attendants will place a courtesy notice on your windshield alerting you to a one-hour extension from the expiration time on the meter. Ashley Cusack, EWM Realtors:  REPLY Ashley Cusack

What a year 2012 has been for Miami real estate! Miami-Dade County is on track to have a record number of residential sales this year, beating last year's all-time high of 28,834 transactions. In addition, inventory has come way down, prices are starting to come up, and at last we are back to a balanced market. I'm excited to see what 2013 has in store! We are all looking forward to spending some time with our families over the holidays. Whatever you celebrate, may it be a blessed time with family and friends. See you in 2013! "My Daughters Are No Longer Falling Behind..."
From Victoria English Martin
"My daughters were given every opportunity to succeed in school. We tried private and public schools, tutors, bribes and punishments. Nothing worked. I saw their future opportunities dwindling, and they felt overwhelmed as they continued falling further behind. Then, I enrolled them in New Village Academy.  Today my teens are accountable for themselves, feel empowered, and strive to meet goals each day, which keeps them moving toward long-term success. They have good grades and are catching up quickly. Home life is peaceful.   Best of all, my daughters believe in themselves!" A few weeks ago, I posted a request for help dealing with my child's bedwetting. I was expecting practical advice, but the replies I got far surpassed my expectations! I received helpful advice, a great deal of empathy and encouragement, and solid recommendations for local specialists ... just in case. I would like to thank the 37 JABBERS out there who were kind enough to share their wisdom and experience with me.
