JABBERS, We "JustAsk" You to Bring Cheer to Children in Need
From Team JAB
'Tis the season to help those in need, and this year, JustAskBoo has teamed up with United Way of Miami-Dade County to make the season brighter for deserving children in our community. We hope you read our compelling Email yesterday about Luis, a single father who is making the world a better place for his two children, despite his unfortunate circumstances. With the help of the United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education, Luis' children are not only getting a great education, but learning a new way of life. Like Luis, more than half the families at The Center are at or below poverty level, which means that many of the parents cannot afford to give their children holiday gifts. JABBERS, that's where you can help! We've created a registry at Target HERE where you can view and purchase items online so children at The Center will have a present to unwrap and treasure this December. If you have any questions, email us HERE. Thank you and Happy JABBING!

To List or Not To List?
By Ashley Cusack, EWM Realtors: REPLY
I get this question from people all the time: The holidays are coming up and with everything that's going on, should I wait until after the New Year to list my house? My thoughts are as follows: Inventory is so low right now, it is actually a perfect time to list your house for sale. In January, many new listings will come on the market so you will have more competition. Right now our inventory is down and there is a lot of demand. Listing now gives you exposure without extra competition. In addition to that, I believe we will still have a lot of activity in the coming months. The quantity of showings might not be as high as the rest of the year, but the quality is good. People who are looking around the holidays are serious buyers. So I believe there's no better time than the present! To visit my website, click HERE.*
