Coral Gables 50-Year Truck Ban comes to a screeching halt
By Ashley Cusack, EWM Realtors:  REPLY Cusack
Remember a post I wrote back in April about pick-up trucks in Coral Gables? Well, after 50 years of Coral Gables residents not being permitted to park pick-up trucks in their driveway overnight, voters came out in force Tuesday and voted to abolish this long-standing controversial ban. It's been on the ballot several times in the past but there has always been enough support of the ban to keep it alive. At Tuesday's polls, the tides changed and the prohibition is no longer!
