Pajama Party Night Ride on the Towpath Trail - July 9, 2016

Pajama-clad bicyclists riding the Towpath Trail
Our most popular Night Ride event is BACK! On Saturday, July 9, our regularly-scheduled Night Ride on the Towpath Trail will be transformed into a rolling Pajama Party!

The free event festivities begin at 7:00pm with cycle-your-own-smoothies and glow-in-the-dark goodies in the parking lot of the Century Cycles store in Peninsula. Pajama-clad bicyclists will depart on the Night Ride from the parking lot at 8:00pm.

At the 14-mile bicycle ride's halfway point, we'll provide slumber party snacks. After the ride, bicyclists are welcome to gather at the Winking Lizard Tavern next door to trade bicycling (and ghost) stories.

Join Bike Cleveland at public meetings for The Midway

Cleveland Midway Cycle Track Network Public Meetings
The Midway concept continues to develop, and we're at a point where we need public input! If you don't already know, The Midway is designed to reclaim some of the excess capacity of Cleveland's road network, and create a network of fully protected bike lanes that would connect the city. A formal planning process is underway and now is the time to solicit public input and comment.

To that end, there are three important public meetings coming up we encourage you to attend and to share with your friends. East, west, and downtown. We hope to see you at one!
