Ready for Adventure?

Attention all winter adventure enthusiasts: there's still time to enjoy your favourite winter activities in Newfoundland and Labrador! With up to 16 feet of annual snowfall, and vertical drops as high as 1,700 feet, it's the perfect place to hit the slopes on skis or a snowboard. Or, hop on a snowmobile and ride some of the 5,000 km of trails scattered throughout the pristine wilderness. Thanks to our abundance of snow, you can enjoy an extended trail-riding season. If you're looking for something a little different, why not try snowshoeing, dogsledding, or ziplining? No matter what your preference, adventure is waiting.
