Effective September 1, 2012, Coventry Health Care in Delaware and Maryland amended Attachment A - Commission Schedule for Small Group (2-50) products in that a broker/agent/producer (not the Agency as a whole) was entitled to receive commissions if and while his or her small group book of business was equal to or greater than thirty (30) subscribers.    

We are pleased to announce that, effective with October 1, 2013 premium collected / broker commissions payable, this minimum Small Group book of business requirement is removed.  If your Coventry Small Group book of business is currently less than 30 subscribers, you will, again, be paid broker commissions beginning with October 1, 2013 and forward premium collected.  If you have any questions, please contact Director of Sales, Mike King @ msking@cvty.com or (610) 729-7528 or your Coventry Account Executive.

This communication serves as notice that this referenced Coventry Delaware and Maryland Small Group book of business minimum production threshold is, hereby, removed from any and all Attachment A Commission Schedules.
