Tech-Free Bucket List
In the last Monday Moment  I discussed the practice of unplugging from electronics.

A reader named Ann sent this comment:

"It's time to unplug and get back to my guitar! Thanks for the motivation!"

Marilyn P. chimed in with this:

"I limited my kids to the amount of time spent on computers and the phone. We also ate as  a family several times a week. Now as successful adults, they appreciate the ground rules we had and are formulating similar ones for their families. Just like we need the human touch, we need the face-to-face interaction that comes from human brains, not smart phones."

Someone asked me what was in my Tech-Free Bucket List. I love to work puzzles and I usually limit that to winter months. Unfortunately, it's been a very long winter here in Minnesota so I've worked on several puzzles!  Once the snow melts, though, I'll be outdoors in my flower gardens or enjoying a walk or bike ride at one of our many parks.

Have a productive week!
