Greetings!

Like many of you, I recently returned from the FICP Annual Conference in Boston. I enjoyed meeting new people as well as reconnecting with many.

If you attended one of my recent breakout sessions then you no doubt picked up some new strategies related to productivity and email that perhaps you hadn't considered before.

In this email I wanted to share a couple of other Outlook resources that I think you'll really appreciate.

As you celebrate Thanksgiving this week, may you always be happy and grateful for having more than enough.

With gratitude,

Don't let me into your Inbox!!

When you receive a newsletter from me, be sure to set up a "Rule" so that it gets pre-sorted into a folder and doesn't even land in your Inbox. My goal is to send relevant and helpful information but my newsletters aren't urgent and they shouldn't interrupt your focus. Here's how to set up a Rule:
  1. Create the folder you plan on sending my emails to.
  2. Right-click my email in your Inbox > Rules > Create Rule
  3. You'll see the screen below. Follow the prompts to tell Outlook where to send future emails from me.

If you found this tip helpful, please share it with others.
