BIOGRAPHIES

Honoring Earth's sacred traditions, DiAnahita transmutes her academic background into leading Dances of Universal Peace. Her volunteer commitment as a certified Dance Leader & Mentor, manifests in hosting monthly dances & dinners at her lakeside center, Dancing Peacock Paradise.

Dr. Kanoy serves on the Board of DUP International and as a Sufi Ruhaniat teacher and ordained Sufi cherag.  Traveling to share dances, she absorbs international atmospheres, most recently inspired by dances from the Maori tradition of New Zealand.

Khalika is an inspirational singer-songwriter. Combining her love of sacred traditions with modern technology, she is a one-woman band devoted to spiritual song and improvisation. A kundalini yogini, healer and long-time lover of the Dances of Universal Peace, Khalika's music and spiritual path are interwoven. She is called to connect people in conscious community through devotional music.

In addition to being a trained a classical singer, Khalika incorporates folk, new age and popular influences in her music.
