Jeremy Cole

Ceramic lighting artisan Jeremy Cole flew across the world from New Zealand to accompany his stunning, handmade porcelain light fixtures. Cole produces all of his work by hand with a small team of assistants. The small private operation encapsulates his idealogy for elegance, beauty and craftsmanship.

Cole was quickly noticed after he burst onto the design scene in 2005. His designs have been featured in newspapers, magazines and recently, a number of museum collections worldwide. He also boasts an impressive list of clientele including Harry Winston, Bulgari and New Zealand Air to name a few. White Flax, at right, is crafted from over 350 ceramic leaves and is a stunning addition to our showroom.

Mark Albrecht

SUITE New York is proud to offer a first glimpse at the latest works by the talented Mark Albrecht. Albrecht's signature approach is to engage as few elements as possible to yield a design that is timeless, functional and resilient. The new Ladder Etagere embodies the tenets of Mark Albrecht's Woven Collection with its use of steel as structure to support a softer and contrasting material, wood. The Dining Table, also new, is made-to-order with a steel base and solid hardwood top. Base designs are available as "The X", "The Square" and "The Cube," in blackened, satin or polished finish.

Last but not least, Albrecht is introducing the Lounge Chair-the newest member of our beloved Woven Collection. Low slung with an inviting seat, the Lounge Chair's tight weave of broad leather straps provides balance, comfort and support for the 29.5" wide seat.

Gabriel Scott

GABRIEL Kakon and SCOTT Richler have been hard at work developing the newest addition to their lighting collection, the Welles Series. The collection of suspension lights is made up of a series of interconnected geometric metal forms in various configurations and finishes. So modular is the Welles, you can even design your own! Though we won't have the Welles at our showroom next week, you can head up to 57th & 5th to see it displayed in the window at Bergdorfs.

The dynamic duo, who have their own booth at the fair, is also presenting new finishes and styles for their popular Dean and Grant tables. A solid brass Dean coffee table with a smoked glass top is a particular piece we are anxious to see.
