For over nine years, at all our events, we've had reviewers come and watch the bands perform and then write their honest reviews. Some reviews are better than others, some longer than others but all honest.

The Underground is back on track with its numbered series and #108 promises a night of great home-grown music in the form of three of the most exciting bands currently on the live music scene. Dark Himaya, fresh off of launching their CD last month, open with their expressive ambient music with soaring vocals. The one and only Shotgun Politics follow, with their memorable and intensely energetic pop-rock. Planetrox China VOTING period is Over!
The results of the Planetrox China competition will be announced this weekend.
Public voting was intense and all the bands are on stand-by to know if they made it to the final round.
Now it's down to the second panel of judges in Canada to make the final decision. Stay tuned to Planetrox China's website for an announcement this weekend.
The final five who will perform live for you in a Finale Extravaganza on July 6th at Backstage, Central, Hong Kong. The prize for the Planetrox winner includes two live performances of 20 minutes on one of the outdoor stages at the Envol et Macadam Festival 2013, airfare tickets for the winning band members plus internal travel, four-star accommodation in central Quebec City for four nights, free pass for the Festival and promotion of their band in festival communications.

Dear people of The Underground, Hong Kong's airwaves have recently welcomed a new (and we hope, familiar) voice with the introduction of RTHK Radio 3's new program hosted by our very own Chris B. The show will feature local artists, indie tunes, interviews, and all sorts of other fantasticalness.
