WE LIMIT GOD IN OUR THINKING

As we enter this new year of 2015 we want you to enter it with hearts and minds wide open to the Word of God! No small thinking here! Our thinking is where the faith process begins.  Why do you think that God, through the Apostle Paul, has encouraged us to renew our minds as he mentions in Romans 12:2? It's because as our thinking goes, so goes our believing which then gives way to our speaking which in turn releases our faith! Small thinking gives way to small believing which gives way to small speaking. God is only limited by what we can believe Him for, if our believing is small our results will be small, if our believing is big our results will be big! Sometimes we don't want to believe that our success is based on something so small and apparently insignificant as our thinking, but it is! Our thinking shapes our believing which in turn shapes our speaking which in turn shapes our receiving! That is reason enough for us to begin to take control over our thought life so we can begin to change the outcome of our life and the choices we have made. 

So start today, think big and expect great things from God and you will not be disappointed!
 

WE LIMIT GOD IN HOW WE SEE OURSELVES

While thinking on this point, brings to mind the story of the Israelites spies, sent into the promise land to search the land and spy it out. Making a long story short it wasn't the giants in the land that defeated them, they defeated themselves by how they saw themselves! It's the same today, we are defeated in life because we fail to see things from God's perspective! From His perspective He had already given the promise land to them but this first group failed to possess the land because they did not see themselves correctly. Instead of seeing themselves as conquerors they saw themselves as grasshoppers, already defeated!  

My question for you today is, how do you see yourself? Because how you see yourself will determine if you are defeated in life or reign as kings in life!

Don't limit God by small thinking nor be small seeing, how you see yourself! God wants you to think big and expect great things from Him. Begin to see yourself as He sees you; reigning as kings in life, more than conquerors and abundantly blessed!
