SCRS Members,
CCC Footnotes and Headnotes - It's important to review the footnotes and headnotes in CCC One as they provide valuable information for the repair and estimate process. As an example, in DEG inquiry 9123 the response indicates, a footnote has been applied to the Quarter Glass that states, "PARTS: Part is not reusable, replace only." It's important to note that footnotes take precedence over the estimating guide. The headnote as well could show valuable information like additional R&I labor times and refinish times.
The estimating databases are all intended to be used as a GUIDE ONLY - it is important to remember that the auto body professional performing the repair is in a position to thoroughly inspect, diagnose and identify the methodology and their unique cost of the vehicle damage repair.
