This will be the 1st time the WOCN has hosted its annual conference in the spectacular and elegant city of Montr�al. As the largest city in Qu�bec, Montreal is predominantly French-speaking. It's set on an island in the Saint Lawrence River and named after Mt. Royal, the triple-peaked hill at its heart. Its 19 boroughs, many of which were once independent cities, include neighborhoods from cobblestoned, French colonial Vieux-Montr�al - with imposing Notre-Dame Basilica at its center - to industrial Sud-Ouest and artist-friendly Plateau. At the writing of this Cyber News the weather in Montreal was 70�F (21�C), Wind SE at 6 mph (10 km/h), 33% Humidity, pack accordingly.
