"As far as I am concerned, God turned into good what you meant for evil, for he brought me to this high position I have today so that I could save the lives of many people." (Genesis 50:20, TLB)

Earlier this week I posted something the Lord kept speaking to me, "Turnaround, what you thought was a setback is a setup."  This Scripture above is referring to the story of Joseph.  He went through some trying times and some tests in order to walk in the promise God had for him.  Anytime you begin to walk towards God's promises in your life you will face tests and trials, it's a given.  The most important thing to know and learn is that you walk through those with a good attitude.  As you do, it will build the character you are going to need once you step into the promise.

Are you in the middle of what you feel is a setback?  Are you questioning the road you are on because you can't understand why the road to your promise would have so many pot holes?  If that's you, you are in a perfect place for a turnaround.  I've been where you're at.  I've experienced the confusion, the discouragement, the depressive moods, the feeling of wanting to give up.  If this is you, I want to speak into your life through this writing and tell you, your confusion is turning into clarity, your discouragement is shifting to encouragement, your depression is transforming into joy, and you're not going to give up, you're going to get up!  This is your season, this is your time, your turnaround is here and what you thought was going to be a setback is actually a setup. 

All it takes is one word from the Lord to break the chains that are trying to hold you back from your promise.  What I experienced is a word from a faithful servant of God, who really knows nothing about us, but they spoke the word of the Lord to us and it immediately and instantly broke chains of confusion, discouragement, and depression off of us.  Quite truthfully, I've never experienced anything as immediate as that.  I believe this word is a word that is intended to immediately loose you from your bondage. 

It's time to get up; it's time to re-focus your vision, God's not even close to being done with you.  This is your turnaround!  You need to take this Scripture and put it somewhere that you will see it every day because the same way Joseph's trials were a setup, yours will be too.  What the enemy has intended for harm, God is turning it into good.  You will be set in high positions, you will walk through doors that only favor can open, and because of what you've experienced, many will be touched, many will be saved, and many will be encouraged to get up and keep going. 

Look at your setback and declare a turnaround today.  You are being setup for the greatest days of your life!
