"THE CHURCH: WHERE THE IMPOSSIBLE BECOMES POSSIBLE"

Luke 1:37: "For nothing is impossible with God."

As I was in church Sunday and heard this song that I've included, I heard the Lord say, "The Church: Where The Impossible Becomes Possible." I believe what I have this week is a word for The Church.

First of all, to clarify, when I say "The Church" I'm not talking about a specific building or meeting place, I'm talking about you and I, Christians. We are The Church, so therefore, wherever I go and wherever you go, there The Church is.

Let me also clarify that I don't mean to imply that the impossible becomes possible because of our own will or power. It's through Jesus that miracles happen but it takes you and me. We are chosen vessels, tools on this earth to operate in the authority given to us to see the sick healed, the chains of those in bondage broken, and the captive set free. John 14:12 says: "I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father."

We, The Church, have a great calling in today's world and it's time for The Church to stand up and take the authority over the powers of darkness that has been given to us. It is through The Church that the impossible in people's lives will become possible. I know sometimes this may be hard to believe for some people but if we don't believe that we have been given the authority in Jesus name to see people set free than what's this Christian life all about? He died for more than just our sins, and don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful for that! However, He died so that we could live a full life, so that we can be healed, delivered, and set free! He gave us the authority to operate in His name and see the impossible become possible.

Church, the ball is in our court, it's up to us to be The Church. It's up to us to take authority over satan and his powers and declare victory over your own life and the lives of others.

We have a huge calling and huge responsibility, let's be The Church and let's see the impossible become possible!
