  "KEEP TRAVELING"

Psalms 37:34: Don't be impatient for the Lord to act! Keep traveling steadily along his pathway and in due season he will honor you with every blessing, and you will see the wicked destroyed. TLB

Have you ever been impatient while you are waiting for the Lord to act? Have you ever felt like getting off the path you're on because you're impatient? I have no problem admitting that I can answer yes to both of those questions. In fact, probably most of us can answer yes to those questions. Maybe some of you reading this have gotten off the path. If you have, I encourage you to get back on the path, it's not too late, we serve a merciful and gracious God, and He'll get you back on track.

Sometimes we struggle with waiting for the Lord to act because we think we can help the Lord help us. The problem with that is what we think might help, can actually become a hindrance. Isaiah 55:8-9 says: "This plan of mine is not what you would work out, neither are my thoughts the same as yours! 9 For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than yours, and my thoughts than yours." His ways, many times, are completely different than ours and it may be difficult to see what the Lord is doing but when you finally come through you can look back and see that His way was much better.

I've read several words released lately that states the shifting season is upon us. Things you've been waiting for are about to shift in your favor. The Church is about to shift into a season of great harvest. The key to seeing all of this come to pass is, "Don't be impatient for the Lord to act! Keep traveling steadily along his pathway and in due season he will honor you with every blessing, and you will see the wicked destroyed."

As you purpose in your heart to keep traveling, you will step into the Lord's promises and the wicked things will be destroyed. Those tactics from the enemy that try to stop the plan of God in your life, they will be destroyed and you will stand victorious. I've said this before, but, sometimes we need to be a little bit stubborn when it comes to staying the course. We need to keep traveling and have a never-give-up mindset. It doesn't matter what comes my way, what pops up in my pathway to try to trip me up or get me off course, I will keep traveling and I will step into every promise and every blessing in due season if I just keep on traveling!

The word to you this week is, don't give up, don't give in, there is a light at the end of the tunnel; there is a paved road just ahead, just keep on traveling!
