Planning Ahead-Last Day of School

It is so hard to believe that three weeks from day, Wednesday, June 5, is the last day of the 2012-2013 school year. Students in grades 1-7 will attend the 8:30 mass at Blessed Sacrament Church. After mass, there will the award ceremony to honor students for their academic accomplishments, effort and citizenship. Please have your child at the church by 8:15 and pickup will be at the church by 10:30. I hope everyone can join us for the end of the school year mass and awards.

Parish Festival

On Sunday, June 2, Blessed Sacrament Church will celebrate Corpus Christi, our Parish Feast Day. Mass will begin at 11:30 and Bishop Burbridge will be joining our community as the presider. Then, beginning at 1:30 until 4:30, the parish festival will be held on the property. There will be lots of food, games and entertainment. This year, the 3rd and 4th grade will be performing under the direction of Mrs. Russell. So save the date and more details to follow.

Uniforms

Our Lands' End Uniform store is up and running. Please use this link to access our site or look for the link on the school website.  See below for the new uniform requirements and please remember that 2013-2014 is the transition year for uniforms.

8th Grade Graduation

This year we are asking students from grades 2-7 (optional for 1st grade) to be the choir for the 8th Grade Graduation Mass on Monday, June 3, at 6:00 PM. Students will practice the songs at school after mass on Fridays. Our 8th graders help all students during the year and we want the students to share this special day with our 8th graders.
