Summer Fashion Design Classes start in May! Various levels of classes are available from learning
to set up, operate, and trouble shoot your sewing machine to creating your own patterns from a basic pattern block. Choose a one-day class focusing on buttonholes, pockets, zippers, or pattern grading. Dive in deeper with a detailed class
designing the perfect fit of tops, skirts and pants.
Learn to create collections from a favorite garment
or for a specific season or occasion, and how to find design inspiration from your surroundings. Design Costumes for Film and Theatre. Advanced classes include taking your concept through to completion: sourcing, costing, grading, sample production,
marketing, and more.
Classes are designed for life stage students from high school to second career or older. Choose from class locations in Nob Hill, NE Heights, and West Side.
Final dates and locations are being finalized.
Not all classes will be held in all 3 locations.
Requests for classes to be held in certain locations
will be accepted through April 20th.
