Saturday, Nov 2nd: Greek Lemon Chicken
This is my favorite meal of Fayne's. You will love her Greek Lemon Chicken, Orzo Pasta, Green Salad, Pita Bread and dessert. All of it. Promise.
Friday Nov 7th: Italian Buffet
Fayne will be featuring Spaghetti Bolognese and Vegetarian Lasagna along with her famous mixed greens salad, bread, and dessert.
Saturday, Nov 8th: Fired Up Pizza Company! (Wood Fired Pizzas)
We're so excited to host Fired Up Pizza Company at the winery tonight! It's their inaugural night so come on out and support another one of our fine local businesses! They'll be offering at least one of your favorites: Hamburger, Just a Pepperoni, Sausage and peppers, then our specialty pizzas, Greek, Thai Chicken, the veggie option, Sophia, and Meat Lovers .For a detailed menu check the website. Friday, Nov 14th: Rib Night!
This is your only chance all month to enjoy Smokin' Dan's Pecan Smoked Baby Back Ribs. Join us for this fabulous main dish and generous sides along with homemade dessert! Mmmmmmmm.
Saturday, Nov 15th: Smoked Beef Brisket & Turkey Breast
Smokin' Dan will have the smoker fired up tonight to delight you with some fabulous meats and beautiful bbq sides. Linda's been trying out some different homemade desserts too! Come try them out!
November 21st & 22nd: Marquette Release!
To go along with Nick's much anticipated dry red wine release Fayne will be grilling some amazing flat iron steak with roasted new potatoes, bread and a wedge salad. She'll also have a special chocolate dessert ready to delight!
In the past we've tried to have a meal the night after Thanksgiving. This year we've decided that we're going to give everyone a break to spend a little extra time eating leftovers and enjoying family. Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at PCV!
