"Marquette" Release
See those barrels in the back with wine stains on them?  They are all full of Nick's new dry red wine, Marquette.

He's really pround of it and has knocked it out of the ballpark with this one.

He'll be busy bottling it early this month to release it to the public on November 21st & 22nd.

Fired Up Pizza Company!!

It feels like the fall has crawled along this year. Sometimes fermentation doesn't go as fast as I want. In turn I get impatient waiting for it to complete which makes 2 weeks feel like a month.

Finally, we will have a release date of the 21 & 22 for the Marquette. If you appreciate a dry red I hope you join us one of those 2 nights. I am very proud of this wine. Faynfall vineyarde will be grilling flat iron steaks to compliment the wine.  Call aheads are appreciated those two nights but not required.
 

Check to your left and you will see we will be pouring free wine at a handful of locations this month. If you're in the area be sure to stop by and drink up. One last thing is a save the date in December. We will have our annual Michael walker Christmas on 
December 20th.  Close to Christmas. If you have family in town bring them out for a memorable evening. Reservations required for this one.

November Menus!

Saturday, Nov 2nd:  Greek Lemon Chicken
This is my favorite meal of Fayne's.   You will love her Greek Lemon Chicken, Orzo Pasta, Green Salad, Pita Bread and dessert.  All of it.  Promise.

Friday Nov 7th:  Italian Buffet
Fayne will be featuring Spaghetti Bolognese and Vegetarian Lasagna along with her famous mixed greens salad, bread, and dessert.
 
Saturday, Nov 8th:  Fired Up Pizza Company! (Wood Fired Pizzas)
We're so excited to host Fired Up Pizza Company at the winery tonight!  It's their inaugural night so come on out and support another one of our fine local businesses!  They'll be offering at least one of your favorites: Hamburger, Just a Pepperoni, Sausage and peppers, then our specialty pizzas, Greek, Thai Chicken, the veggie option, Sophia, and Meat Lovers  .For a detailed menu check the website.  Tonight would be a great night to consider carry-out too!
 
Friday, Nov 14th:  Rib Night!
This is your only chance all month to enjoy Smokin' Dan's Pecan Smoked Baby Back Ribs.  Join us for this fabulous main dish and generous sides along with homemade dessert!  Mmmmmmmm.

Saturday, Nov 15th:  Smoked Beef Brisket & Turkey Breast
Smokin' Dan will have the smoker fired up tonight to delight you with some fabulous meats and beautiful bbq sides.  Linda's been trying out some different homemade desserts too!  Come try them out!
 
November 21st & 22nd:  Marquette Release!  
To go along with Nick's much anticipated dry red wine release Fayne will be grilling some amazing flat iron steak with roasted new potatoes, bread and a wedge salad.  She'll also have a special chocolate dessert ready to delight!

Friday, Nov 28th: No Meal Tonight
In the past we've tried to have a meal the night after Thanksgiving.  This year we've decided that we're going to give everyone a break to spend a little extra time eating leftovers and enjoying family.  Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at PCV!

Saturday, Nov 29th:  Soup Night!
We know that over the past two days you've had an extreme amount of food and fun, so we're going to keep it laid back tonight.  Join us for soup and snackies.  Check out our website closer to the date for a detailed menu.
If you're in charge of your company Christmas party, please give Nick a call to discuss options for your group.  We still have a couple of open dates.  
Also...if you're looking for a fantastic, unique gift, let us design you a custom wine label for your personalized bottles.  The holidays are coming up quickly.  Better start making plans!  Have a great Thanksgiving all.
