YOUR GUIDE TO EVERYTHING PCV

Good for you.  You made it another year.  So did we.  I will spare you the "Best of 2013" Prairie Creek Vineyards edition.  Just know that it's our rockstar customers who keep us coming back for more.

I wish I had several new things to report to you but we are really just trying to relax between Christmas and New Years.  We will immediately go into more bottling next week for a few days.  After that, we will go into cold stabilizing and filtering the whites.   I have some new options for entertainment so keep an eye on the calendar.

Weekend Nourishment

Jan 3rd: Italian Night!
Sausage Cannoloni, Spinach Ricotta Cannoloni, Prairie Creek Salad, Bread & Dessert.

Jan 4th:  Soup & Sandwiches- Dan Style
Corn Chowder & Award Winning Chili alongside Prime Rib and Pulled Pork Sandwiches.  Some other yummy things too. =)

Jan 10th: Pan Fried Chicken
The last time we did this- Fayne had RAVE reviews!  Fayne will be serving up:  Pan Fried Chicken, Boursin mashed potatoes, salad, bread, and dessert.

Jan 11th:  Breckenridge Pot Roast
Fayne has been killing it with her comfort food.  Join us for another one.  She'll be featuring Breckenridge Pot Roast, Boursin mashed potatoes, salad, bread & dessert.

Jan 17th:  Tuscan Chicken  & LIVE MUSIC
Tuscan Chicken (moist chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, goat cheese, and spinach), rice pilaf, Prairie Creek Salad, Bread & Dessert.  Mmmmmmm.

Jan 18th:  Smoked Salmon & Pork Loin
Smokin' Dan is featuring his famous Smoked Salmon served over rice pilaf, and Pork Loin with all the generous sides you've come to love.

Jan 24th:  Rib Night!
Hopefully it's not too cold for Dan to cook up some killer Pecan Smoked Baby Back Ribs.  He'll be serving these half racks with homemade side dishes & dessert.  See you then!

Jan 25th:  Chicken Cordon Blue
Fayne will be serving Chicken Cordon Blue, served with Rice Pilaf, Salad, Bread & Dessert.

Jan 31st:  Smoked Beef Brisket & Turkey Breast
Smokin' Dan is at it again with Smoked Beef Brisket & Turkey Breast.  Of course, this meal will be served with wonderful side dishes and dessert. =)

Feb 1st:  Soup Night!
While the winter is still holding on, join us for a soup night- Fayne Style.  Fayne will be featuring Chicken Tortellini Soup, Poblano Potato Soup, Prairie Creek Salad, Bread & Dessert.
It's a very quiet month for PCV.  This is deliberate.  After all of the activity of Christmas parties, weekend meals, and keeping the wholesalers stocked, we're tired.  The kiddos have been off from school and we've only had to make one trip to the doc for stitches!  Success!

We'd like to thank you for a wonderful 2013!!  You make this all possible. Both Nick and I would like you to know that we'll keep striving to keep PCV that place with wonderful wine & food that you're excited to take your friends.
