Wine, Dine, and Starshine was a huge HIT!!

Thanks to all who came out and to Dan Glomski & The Edgerton Center.  The evening was perfect.

We've had several people ask if we're going to do this again, and the answer is YES!!  Keep your eyes peeled for more info.

So this month I will peck away at my iPhone writing the notes driving between South Dakota and home.  I just spent the last 3 days working on three organs in Sioux Falls. 

What a difference a year makes. May 1 and we have not had bud break. Last year at this time we had had 3 weeks of growing season under our belts. This year has brought us snow on May 1, and a couple of different nights of hail.  It looks as if we will have bud break next week and we will be off to the races. 

We have plenty of events scheduled for the month so we hope to see you there.  I am excited for the sushi night so please make your reservations early.

May 3rd- Rib Night!

Enjoy Smokin' Dan's most requested meal! Pecan smoked baby back ribs with generous sides and dessert.

  

May 10th- Greek Night

Ooooh.  You're in luck!  Fayne will be serving up Greek Lemon Chicken with Lemon Orzo Pasta, Greek Salad, Pita Bread, and Baklava Rolls.

 

May 17th- Smoked Beef Brisket & Pork Loin.

Join us as Smokin' Dan serves up pecan smoked Beef Brisket and Pork Loin. You can rest assured that only the finest sides and dessert will be yours to enjoy with these fabulous meats.

 

May 24th- Grilled Chicken Quarters

Fayne will be serving up Grilled Chicken Quarters, Spring Potato Salad, Prairie Creek Salad, Bread, & Dessert. 

 

May 31st- Rib Night Again!

It's beginning to look like summer!!  Pecan Smoked Baby Back Ribs will round out a perfect month.  Enjoy this favorite with all the generous sides and homemade dessert that you can manage.
