There is major construction on campus which has considerably changed the flow of traffic. After some scouting I found the general area where to preach. I caught the noon break but only had one male stop and he said he was going to call the police since I was using "hate speech."
I directed Sister Pat to start a conversation with the students who were sitting under the statue of three "sprites" or nymphs. Sister Pat soon had about a dozen students trapped in her web. Meanwhile, a policeman walked up and said, "We have a complaint from a student that you are using profane language."
I answered, "We are using Biblical language which includes words like Hell. I was wearing my YOU DESERVE HELL polo shirt. The policeman was friendly and had no problem with my preaching.   He knew me from 20 years back when he first joined the force. Last year he was assigned to me for my safety. He found it ironic that the complaints were always against me but I was the one that needed protection.
Sister Pat preaches to the sodomites at UW-EC.

The last few years when I have been on this campus the atheists and GLBT perverts have greeted me with signs. This year there were only two people with protest signs. Perhaps these groups have realized that with their counter signs they just draw more attention to my cause. We never had more than 20 listening at one time and it was usually closer to 12.   Sister Pat said at the end of the day, "It seems like they were all homosexuals."
Sister Cindy took the day off to catch up on computer and office work. Historically, my late friend, Mike Leisner, has met me at Eau Claire.   If Mike had been here, we probably would have had a larger crowd. I am sure he is watching down from Heaven if he is able. The Bible does says, "We are surrounded with a great cloud of witnesses."-Heb 12.
I responded, "Catholics consider marriage to be a sacrament which pictures Christ's devotion to his church. A man may lovingly pursue a woman but if she does not love in return and respond positively to his proposal there is no marriage or loving relationship."
I was in conversational mode with the students most of the day. The ones I talked to seemed more opened than the ones Sister Pat had to endure.

IN THE WAKE OF 9/11
September 11, 2012, UW River Falls
Like yesterday, I had to scout the campus since there was so much construction; streets were closed. I located the Student Center and heard a preacher on a soap box using amplification. I came back to the car for Sister Pat and Sister Cindy. When we all arrived at the Student Center, one of the men was still preaching. Steve introduced himself to me; he is with the Mark 6:12 ministries located in Duluth, MN. He has communicated with me over FB concerning certain campuses. It was not long before an administrator informed the preacher that he could not use the amplification. Students had been sitting on the grass and on picnic tables off at a distance. The preacher had a strong message, but there was no interaction with his audience and few seemed to be paying attention. Without the amplification he could not be heard from afar. One of the other men stood on the soap box to preach. He had a booming voice and also projected is voice with his hand.
The preaching was a big deal on this small campus.  All the ministers had groups surrounding us throughout the day.
I stood with my staff crucifix wearing my YOU DESERVE HELL shirt off at a distance so that I would not interfere with the Mark 6:12 men. A student informed me that I was being disrespectful to other points of views and religions. I answered, "I do not respect other religions nor do I respect those philosophies without a Biblical world view." Meanwhile, Cindy had a group of 10-12 surrounding her.
At the class break the preacher with a booming voice did gather a crowd, but he soon stopped preaching and conversed with the students. I waited to see if one of the other Mark 6:12 guys would preach. When they did not, I started preaching before the break was over a good ways from them and projecting my voice in another direction so as not to interfere with their witness. I gathered a crowd of about 50 which at times must have reached 100. Soon students started arriving with handmade signs. One was a promoter of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Several Christian girls in shorts held signs speaking of God's love and quoting John 3:16 and 17. They also carried signs against judging. They reminded me of a line of chorus girls, "God is love, yah yah."
Christian "chorus" girls protesting the preaching at UW-River Falls.
As it turned out for most of the afternoon we had several groups of Christian witnesses as the students moved from group to group.
There were numerous wild and contentious women in my audience, which I constantly baited. Every time they took my bait. At one point I started a crowd around the Christian chorus girls in shorts with their signs and legs. I covered the 10 Commandments which the girls did not seem to know. All they know is a lawless love, a love which requires nothing but good feelings towards all, except for preachers of righteousness. "All you need is love."
Another crowd I moved into a shady area since it was sunny and hot. The multitudes were willing to follow me wherever I went, except through the strait gate and onto the narrow way.
At 5 PM a boy who described himself as a Unitarian Atheist commended me for starting conversation and getting people thinking. I responded, "That is a good positive note upon which to end this meeting." I dismissed the students. The Mark 6:12 three left at about 4:30; Steve shook my hand before leaving.   As we were departing campus the boy who had at the beginning of the day accused me of being disrespectful apologized for the bad behavior of his fellow students.
A good friend of our mission, Kathy Fisher, joined us today.   She was active in witnessing all afternoon.
UW River Falls only has about 7000 students, which is smaller than most campuses where we preach. There was no small stir. We were the big event of the day. There were hundreds of small flags stuck in the ground commemorating 9/11.   Several students complained that we were dishonoring the memory of 9/11. I explained that we were on campus exposing the wicked religion of Mohammad which was the idea behind the terrorist attack. I also said, "On 9/11 multitudes had to face God, the righteous Judge. Were they ready? Are you ready to meet God?"
Are you ready to meet the Righteous Judge?

This morning MSNBC replayed NBC's coverage of the events of the morning of 9/11. The hospitals in the area of the World Trade Center were all on alert with extra personnel and doctors anticipating that multitudes would be raced to the hospital for emergency care. Alas, few showed up since there were virtually no survivors. It reminded us how Christians are all prepared at their churches waiting for the sinners to come to hear the healing message of Jesus.   But few unbelievers ever show up at the churches. On 9/11, it was the firemen rushing into the buildings and climbing up the stairs vainly doing their best to rescue the perishing. Alas, most did not return. We Christians need to go out where the sinners are dying in their trespasses and call them to repentance and faith. Where are the Christian firemen who will try to douse the fires of sin with the water of God's Word? What better day to proclaim the message of God's impending judgment than on 9/11? Many preachers called 9/11 a wake-up call for Americans. However, within months most Americans were lulled back into their sleep of sin.

DESPITE THE RAIN
September 12, 2012, University of Minnesota,
We left for campus in a light rain; it was still raining when we arrived on the UM mall. I started preaching by holding up my YOU DESERVE HELL sign.   Soon others arrived with signs which included the atheists and the GLBT perverts. There was even a table set up by campus Lutherans urging the students to give a blessing to the preachers of hate. Quickly, we gathered a crowd of around fifty; at least half of them were a part of the protest. The light rain continued all afternoon still we maintained a steady audience. The protestors were reacting to our preaching as a lark. They would often sing or chant as we were speaking. Several of the perverts openly kissed one another passionately. One atheist was passing out get out of Hell free cards. There were some times when I could have some serious dialogue with students.
Bro. Steve C., a local open air minister, joined us in the battle at UM.  Homosexuals were carrying the rainbow (sodomite) flag.
However, the protestors were there to simply mock. Some were wearing perverted customs. One wrapped himself in a rainbow flag.
"There is no fear of God before their eyes."-Romans 3:18.   When I preach righteous; there are always the "Christians" who quote Romans 3:10, "There is none righteous, no not one." Of course, verse 10 is speaking unbelieving Jews and Gentiles who all fall under sin. These Christians would never quote Romans 3:18 or any other NT verse addressing the fear of God. If they mention the fear of God at all they would claim, "That's the OT."   Of course, there were the usual Christians attempting to correct me, none were correcting the atheists and perverts.
There is no fear of God before their eyes!
Romans 3:18
Sister Pat reports that she had a group around her all afternoon. Brother Steve a local open air preacher joined us and held the attention of the students for 30 minutes. Kathy Fisher was active all day. She held our sign most of the day and the protestors with their love signs kept trying to block her out. I did most of the preaching.
Sis. Kathy F. a Minneapolis resident took a week long vacation to minister with us.  Go Kathy!
Cindy said as the end of the day, "I am glad we did not wimp out because of the weather. It would have been a shame for the atheists to have been there waiting for us and we had not shown up for battle."
It was definitely a Romans 1 scene.

This cat was prowling around the crowd all afternoon.

LUTHERANISM HARDLY REPRESENTS MARTIN LUTHER
September 13, 2012, University of Minnesota,
I have been told the protestors are trying to work with the Christian organizations to get me off campus. I also been informed they have the support of the Lutherans and United Methodists. A female Lutheran minister with a clerical collar was holding a sign against me. I informed her she would have opposed the founder of her own church, Martin Luther, who strongly condemned sodomy. The woman cleric should leave the Lutheran church.

They were a stiff-necked and proud bunch.

Martin Luther's view of homosexuality is recorded in Plass's What Luther Says:  "The vice of the Sodomites is an unparalleled enormity. It departs from the natural passion and desire, planted into nature by God, according to which the male has a passionate desire for the female. Sodomy craves what is entirely contrary to nature. Whence comes this perversion? Without a doubt it comes from the devil. After a man has once turned aside from the fear of God, the devil puts such great pressure upon his nature that he extinguishes the fire of natural desire and stirs up another, which is contrary to nature."

This sodomite claimed to be from Somalia
Within 30 minutes the crowd enclosed around me and the atmosphere was very intense. A Moslem who projected a smiling countenance led the questioning. He claimed that a Christian should be keeping all of the law of Moses.  I taught on the differences between the ceremonial law and the moral law. It is the moral law which is carried into the NT, not the rites and rituals of Judaism. I also had to explain over and over the nature of the Trinity.

Battling Atheists, Sodomites and Lutherans made for an intense afternoon.

There was a petition circulating by a homosexual to legalize same sex marriage in Minnesota.  Minnesota is supposed to be a stronghold of Lutheranism. The first two hours were very intense as the students quickly encircled me. Then others gathered around Cindy and Kathy Fisher. By mid-afternoon the mob mentality was subdued by our perseverance and I was able to teach effectively on the reasonableness of God's law and the nature of man. Many if not most of them see themselves as simply a physical body governed by electrical impulses. They are unaware of their souls. I explained that the mind is to the brain as the pianist is to the piano. It is as if they have a grand piano in their living room but no one chooses of learns to play the instrument. They are simply pushing around the piano. I had the opportunity to teach on God's limited foreknowledge and how love limits God's power.

Homosexuals defend their sin as Sis. Kathy calls them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ which brings freedom from lust.
I repeatedly contrasted the Allah of the Koran with the Jehovah of the Bible.  Late in the afternoon I had a number of students sitting at my feet as I expounded on Biblical themes including the necessity of the Atonement of Christ. When we left after 5 PM, a group of students were arguing over evolution. The Moslem was taking the boldest stand against this big lie.
I did address the attacks on the US Embassies in Egypt and Libya. I explained that these were acts of war against the US. To murder the ambassador was equivalent to assassinating the President of the United States because the ambassador represents the President and speaks in his stead. Students did not seem to care much; they are more interested in orgasms and shooting sperm in places where they ought not.

The joy of the Lord is our strength in the midst of the battle.

Come now and let us reason together...

WITNESSING WITH MOSLEMS
September 14, 2012, UM
The atheists, queers and the Lutheran Campus Ministry continued to protest us today. Steve was our warm up man; he sang hymns and exhorted the students between songs. Cindy then began the preaching. She did a masterful job working half of the mall preaching against fornication, drunkenness and drugs. She tied everything together at the end by advising them to read the Bible. She was quite a site pacing back and forth to maintain everyone's attention since the crowd was dispersed across the mall.
Bro. Steve started the meeting with an inspiring version of "Jesus Saves!"
One queer, who has been present every day, was dressed as a southern bell from the Civil War era. Another queer vainly tried to work the crowd, mainly repeating over and over, "I love you; I respect you." He did not have a manly enough voice to be heard from a distance and he did not know how to project his voice.
Read the Bible while you are able!

On our way to campus I received a cell phone call from the Moslem from Somalia who had questioned me considerably yesterday. He said that he agreed on our stand against homosexuals but considered us wrong for saying the Moslems wanted to take over America.
This Muslim student from Somalia was a referee throughout the day.
When Cindy turned the meeting over to me, the students soon enclosed around me. The Somalian Moslem attempted to bring peace and order. He asked few questions himself, but he coordinated the questions from the audience; numerous times he urged the crowd to listen and calm down. He even counseled the students to ask questions. And so it went for the rest of the afternoon with my audience. I never turned the meeting over to Cindy or Pat. But they alternated their preaching with another crowd. Evidently, I had the more serious students and Cindy and Pat had to deal with the perverts. The Moslem was helpful in keeping the students serious. Another Muslim was also helpful in defending theism and defending morality. Initially, I thought he might even be a Christian. When a student asked him, "What happens after death?" The Moslem replied, "You will have to ask Brother Jed; he is more learned."
Bro. Jed had one crowd and Sis. Pat and Sis. Cindy alternated with a second crowd.
For the first time in three days I had a few Christians challenging me on the holiness doctrine.  Of course, one read from 1 John 1:8. They were also defending the born sinful doctrine. Cindy reported that all the professing Christians she encountered were defending homosexuality, all in the name of love, of course.
I taught considerably about the rules of Biblical interpretation. I also covered epistemology (what we know, and how we know it).  At the end of the day I taught on limited government, individual responsibility and private property.  contrasted socialism (Obamaism) with capitalism.
We dialogued with the students until after 5 PM. It was amazing how the students just lingered, especially considering it was Friday. At the end, the Moslem who defended theism said to me, "Brother Jed, in your heart you know Islam is true." I simply smiled. I went easy on the Moslems today since actually they were helpful in at least establishing theism and in defending moral absolutes.   Interestingly, Cindy report a Moslem said to her, "I do not go to the Mosque; they are too radical."

Drag queen on the left listens as Sis. Pat reads the Bible.  The girl was very rebellious also.

Sis. Cindy persuaded her crowd to sit down by promising to tell them a story.  It calmed the students for a couple of hours of teaching and preaching.

Fall Semester 2012
This is my tentative schedule for the Fall Semester 2012. There are so many campuses and so little time. Should anyone want to arrange a church or home meeting while I am in your area please contact me. Also, let me know if you are interested in scheduling formal debates with atheists, Muslims, or Christians, who disagree with my message or methods. One student leader recently contacted me that he wanted me to speak to the Young Republicans on limited government and free markets. I am still open to changes. I will be doing my tour of the Southwest and California in the Spring Semester 2013. Sister Cindy and Sister Pat will be accompanying me full time this year.  Any Christians, who are interested in joining us on the road for a while, or who want to meet us on campuses in your area, are welcome.  Remember to pray for the campuses that we have already preached on.  Bro. Jed
