Mississauga, Ontario (March 2014) - Mississauga Board of Trade (MBOT) is pleased to announce the first CEO speaker on the panel for the Gala Evening with the Fortune 500.

The Gala celebrates and recognizes one of the highest concentrations of Fortune 500 Canadian head offices of any city in Canada.

Presented by Mississauga Board of Trade, the evening will include both VIP and general receptions, a gourmet gala dinner, video presentations, a distinguished panel of Canadian Fortune 500 CEO's and a special tribute to Her Worship, Mayor Hazel McCallion, now in the final year of her 36 years in office, by the Mississauga business community.

The CEO Panel, moderated by a well-known business news personality, will feature a wide-ranging discussion of the most pressing issues confronting senior Canadian business leaders from some of the largest corporations in the world. No power points, no prepared speeches - just a freewheeling discussion of the top global, Canadian and local issues faced by businesses big and small. The floor will be open for questions from the audience so expect the unexpected!

The Annual Gala will be attended by up to 1,000 senior executives from the private and public sectors as well as local, provincial and national political and community leaders. The Gala will truly be "The Premier Business Event of the Year."
