Greetings!
WOW! Rain!!! Isn't it nice to see some moisture again? I know, I know..., we need more - but you've got to start somewhere. God is good and we want to give him thanks for all that he does. Even the little bit of rain has transformed the dead grass at our house. It has perked up and turned green and it looks healthy again. I think God's love and grace does the same thing for us... Just a brief touch, or a connection with him can transform us forever. It can refresh our souls and bring us back to health. This Sunday, we will wrap up our post-Easter sermon series, Free to Live: The Resurrected Life, with the topic: I Can See Clearly Now. We hope you'll join us - we'd love to see you... and bring a friend with you. Have a great weekend. Yours in Christ, David E. Payne, Sr. Pastor First United Methodist Church 321 E.
