Every July, the local Builders Association teams with GTAR and PRO to bring all of the area's builders to one location. There, they share all of their current and upcoming new home developments with realtors, lenders, and others.
The amount of information is overwhelming, as builders are working hard to make up for the shortage of existing inventory in the market. Simply put, there is a lot going on!
I want to share the most exciting of all these with you over the next few weeks, and will be organizing around geographic location.
