Visitors to Trinity School
|
At Trinity School, it is our desire to provide a safe and secure learning and working environment for our students, faculty and staff. Parents, guardians, host parents of international students, and alumni are always welcome to visit Trinity School during school hours. All visitors should report to the reception desk upon entering the building and sign in.
The visitor will then receive a visitor badge they must wear before proceeding to any part of the building.
Friends, relatives, and non-Trinity students cannot be accommodated as visitors during the school day (including the lunch period). Our music, drama or sporting events would be a good time to introduce friends or relatives to Trinity School life.
|
 |
It is very difficult for Trinity students to miss a week or two of school
due to the nature of the school's curriculum. We do realize that
once-in-a-lifetime opportunities come up, and we will do our best to help students prepare for an absence, as well as make up work when they return. However, it is easiest for all involved if you plan normal family vacations during school vacation times. For school vacation dates see the academic calendar.
Please note: Regular school days include the following:
- Senior students attend their senior physics project at school during the January Project Week.
- All juniors and seniors are to be present at both the January and June Evaluation sessions.
- All students attend their Spring Oral exams at the scheduled times.
- 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade students attend Stanford Testing in June.
See the complete Trinity School calendar for exact dates.
