Trinity Summer Sports Workouts
Summer Tennis for Girls
Interested incoming 7th-12th grade girls are invited to attend optional, free summer tennis workouts. All ability levels are welcome. These will be held at the Marie Park Courts in Mendota Heights from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. on Mondays & 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays: June 15, 17, 19, 22, 24 and July 13, 15, 27.

Summer Volleyball for Girls
Interested incoming 7th-12th grade girls are invited to attend the optional, free summer workouts. All ability levels are welcome. The girls will play in the Trinity gym M-F, June 1-8, 10-12 & July 13-31 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Summer Basketball for Girls
Interested incoming 7th-12th grade girls are invited to attend the optional, free summer workouts. Players of all ability levels are welcome. Workouts will take place at Trinity from 3:00 - 5:30 on the following dates: June 1-4, 8, 10-12, 15-19 and July 13-16, 20-23, 27-30.

 Summer Running for Boys and Girls
Interested incoming 7th-12th grade boys and girls are invited to attend summer workouts. These runs are optional and free of charge. Runners of all abilities are welcome. The runners meet at various locations around the Twin Cities on Monday and Thursday evenings.

 Summer Basketball for Boys
Interested incoming 8th-12th grade boys are invited to attend summer basketball workouts. These optional, free workouts will be held in the Trinity gym.
The boys will play Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:30 - 8:00, June 8-29 and July 1, 13-29.

Summer Basketball Training Sessions Interested incoming 7th-12th grade boys are invited to attend summer basketball training sessions. These optional, free sessions will give players the opportunity to work independently on shooting skills, weight training, and jump training. The Trinity gym and weight room will be available for training on M-Th on the following dates: 8:00-10:00 a.m. June 1-July 2 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. July 13 - July 23 8:00-10:00 a.m. July 27-30.
