It's that time of year!
It's officially that time of year all pole-fessionals look forward to. More than any Holiday it's 
Officially 

Pole Expo and Camp, Exhibitions & Competition
 Season. We affectionately call it P.E.A.C.E
(Pole Expos and Camp Exhibitions). 

We want you to be involved in all the upcoming annual excitement of PEACE Season. Look forward to training in your pole class like a competitor
 this season.

Look forward to:

Artistic Dance:
  • Fluidity, shapes, lines, musicality, expression and an emphasis on contemporary and/or ballet dance styles.

Performance Theater:
  • Tells a story, creativity, costume, entertaining, use of prop(s) to interpret music and an emphasis on character.

Pole Sport:
  • Pole tricks, gymnastics-type floorwork, with an emphasis on difficulty and execution of tricks and transitions.
Classic:
  • The art of body movement, body rolls and waves, extending long lines, use of heels and/or shaking/popping, emphasis on artistry of movement


Levels and limits for Women's and Men's division:

Novice:
  • Dance, floor work, spins, poses, pole tricks, combos, no inversions, keep hips under head while on the pole.
Intermediate:
  • Dance, floor work, spins, poses, pole tricks, combos. Inverting from the floor and using three points of contact while inverted on the pole (no aerial inversions).
Advanced:
  • Dance, floor work, spins, poses, pole tricks, and combos. Floor and aerial inverting. Keeping three points of contact while inverted on the pole (competitors at this level will want to demonstrate the strength to execute floor inversions with straight legs).
Elite:
  • Articulates and demonstrates and mastery of dance, floor work, spins, inversions, combos and athleticism. No restrictions with moves (competitors at this level will want to demonstrate the strength to execute floor and aerial inversions with straight legs).
Doubles:
  • Novice:
    • Synchronized movements, aerial tricks, spins/movement around the pole, floor work/dance, strength moves, flexibility moves, use of both poles for at least one pass, no inverts at all (hips not above shoulders on pole) for both base and flyer.


 



 

  • Intermediate:
    • Synchronized movements, aerial tricks, spins/movement around the pole, floor work/dance, strength moves, flexibility moves, use of both poles for at least one pass, inverts from floor. Base, 3 points of contact with pole. Flyer, 3 points of contact with base or pole. No aerial inverts.


 



 

  • Advanced:
    • Synchronized movements, aerial tricks, spins/movement around the pole, floor work/dance, strength moves, flexibility moves, use of both poles for at least one pass, aerial inverts. Base, 3 points of contact with pole. Flyer, 2 points of contact with base or pole.


 



 

  • Elite:
    • Synchronized movements, aerial tricks, spins/movement around the pole, floor work/dance, strength moves, flexibility moves, use of both poles for at least one pass, inverts from floor, aerial inverts, no point restrictions, advanced combinations of moves.
