Pre-retirees Help Fuel Surge in Low-Interest, 10-Year Mortgages
The refinancing boom may be cooling down, but the move to shorter mortgages - especially 10-year loans among pre-retirees - appears to be accelerating. HB 128/SB 158 - Homestead Tax Credit - Eligibility Verification and Application: Extends by one year (until December 30, 2013) the time frame for property owners to apply for the Homestead Tax Credit.
