Your GCAAR 2013 Annual Dues invoice has been posted online. Payment must be received by Friday, November 30, 2012.   

GCAAR accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), personal/corporate checks, and money orders. GCAAR does not accept cash payments for dues.  

Unlike MRIS, GCAAR does not keep credit card account information on file; all payment account details must be submitted each billing cycle.

GCAAR does not mail invoices unless requested by e-mailing membershiprecords@gcaar.com. If requesting one, please specify whether you would like your invoice faxed, mailed, or e-mailed to you.

1. Pay using our secured online payment system at  www.gcaar.com. You will receive an instant e-mail confirmation/receipt;    


2. Fax credit card payment directly to our accounting department at 301.296.2188 (Please include a contact number along with payment.);  
 

3. Mail payment to our Silver Spring location (see address below). (Please note if mailing payment: Payments postmarked on or before November 30, 2012, but received after this date, will not be considered timely. Payments must be received at GCAAR by Friday, November 30, 2012.);  
 

4. Pay in person at one of our three office locations (Rockville, Silver Spring, or Washington, DC). (Rockville is open on some Saturdays. Please consult our website for hours of operation for all locations.)

GCAAR does not accept payments over the phone. Payments must be received by Friday, November 30, 2012. As of December 1, 2012, all outstanding accounts will incur a $25 late fee. 

If payment is not received by December 31, 2012, a $150 reinstatement fee will be placed on outstanding accounts and membership privileges (including SentriLock card services) will be suspended until full payment is received.
