Baby plant   The De Sangosse Group, a European leader in crop protection and enhancement solutions, has acquired Fine Holdings Ltd in a move to strengthen its international development strategy.

With operations in the UK and US, Fine specialises in developing plant growth regulators for the niche fruit and ornamental sectors.
Financial due diligence for the deal was conducted by PEMCF, adding to a portfolio that includes Headland Agro-Chemicals, G's Marketing and Flora-tec. More >>

Tony, Lake and Peggy cutting the PEMCF cake! Last month we hosted a party in Cambridge to mark our 10th year since establishment, celebrating the occasion with previous clients, colleagues and business partners.
