Wednesday, October 8th 2014
12:10pm - 1:00pm

Medical providers face many challenges in responding to parents who delay or refuse a wide variety of vaccines.  Join one of the nation's most respected vaccine experts to learn about effective approaches to patient communication.  Our speaker will address common concerns raised by parents and offer effective methods and strategies for handling resistance and refusals.  This program will provide advice on some of the hot button vaccine issues along with simple solutions for communicating effectively with parents.

Participants will be able to:

  • To understand the main issues presented by parents, medical providers, and others involved with providing vaccines to children of vaccine hesitant parents;
  • To address concerns that are presented and provide data that enhances administration of vaccines along recommended guidelines;
