Dear Ones,

 

In light of the events on Sunday afternoon at the Jewish Community Center and Village Shalom, we would like to gather together in prayer as a community.  We will have a prayer service on Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm in the peace chapel.  Please join us so that we may send our prayers and love out to each other as well as to our greater Kansas City community.  

 

We remember in prayer the three people who lost their lives  

on Sunday during the tragedy at the  

Jewish Community Center  

and Village Shalom.

We surround their families and our community  

with our hearts of compassion.

We affirm strength, love  

and forgiveness for all.

And so it is.
