New AMAZING Soloist This Sunday! Eboni Fondren
Originally hailing from Chicago, Eboni Fondren has called Kansas City home since 2000.  Under the tutelage of the renowned Hammond B-3 Organist, Everette DeVan, she honed her talents and rose to become one of Kansas City's jazz darlings. Now several years later, with one CD under her belt, Fondren's name has become a staple in many of the jazz performance venues around town like the Blue Room in the historical 18th & Vine District, the American Jazz Museum and other popular spots like the Phoenix, Green Lady Lounge and Kill Devil Club. In 2012 she was invited to sing with the Salina Symphony as a featured guest soloist during their Salute to the Armed Forces Concert.

In 2012, she revisited her love of theatre in the KC Rep's production of Little Shop of Horrors, which in turn led to roles in Hairspray at the New Theatre Restaurant, and A Christmas Carol  back at the Rep. She is currently starring in Spinning Tree Theatre's production of Ain't Misbehavin, which runs through November 17th.  Check out www.spinningtreetheatre.com for tickets and showtimes.

Fondren has been singing for Unity Churches since 2005 and is delighted to start a new chapter and make some new friends here at Unity Church of Overland Park.

You have the opportunity to adopt one or more of these individuals and help to fill their wish list. What a wonderful way to share some of your generous holiday spirit and feel the flow of abundance at the same time!
