Thoughts from Reverend Patricia
| |

Last Sunday we talked about gratitude journals. I hope you are having as much fun with your journal as I am with mine. At the top of my gratitude list today is Elmer Rafiner. 38 years ago Elmer founded Unity Church of Overland Park along with his wife Jeanette and about 30 others. Elmer made his transition earlier this month and I've been thinking a lot about him. Without Elmer, I wouldn't be writing this post and you wouldn't be receiving this e-news. Robert Schuller once said, "Anyone can count the seeds in an apple, but only God can count the number of apples in a seed." Today I am grateful for Elmer and the seeds he sowed. And, of course, I am grateful for you. Share with me how it's going with your gratitude journal on Facebook.
