SWEET DELIGHTS FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

We hope this email finds you well...and doing your best to avoid those mid-winter blues. (It's tough--we know!) In this week leading up to Valentine's Day, we thought we'd highlight three special treats here in the store--feel free to forward this email to your sweetie who might need a few last-minute gift ideas.
 
These sweet little gradient yarn sets include six 40-yd mini skeins of fingering weight yarn for a total of 240 yds per set. This hand-dyed yarn is a glossy, soft, superwash Merino two-ply fingering weight with a perfect twist. One mini-skein set will make a pair of fingerless mitts or a small scarf, and two will make most shawls. We introduced these beauties to you at the beginning of December and they have flown out of here. On Friday, Beth dropped off the first cases of her newest scent: Sandalwood + Rose. Floral, with a spicy, warm undertone. Exactly what Valentine's Day needs. (She also brought a case of another heavenly scent that makes us ache for sultry evenings in warmer places-- Mandarin + Almond. Gorge.)
There's nothing that says "I love you" quite like cashmere. Add alpaca, silk and camel to that blend and you've got a gift that says, "I'll follow you to the ends of the earth--and I'll do your laundry, too." In eight beautiful jewel tones, this yarn is an exquisite treat, but it doesn't have to break the bank--one skein will make a pair of fingerless mitts or the Frukttradgard hat pictured below. This is my favorite yarn (Melissa here)--it has been for years--and every time we get a new shipment, it's like falling in love all over again.
