One of the best ways to determine how well-received a handknit gift will be is to open a popular catalog and count the number of hand knits. Ours are knit with Quince & Co. Owl, a soft, rustic blend of American-grown wool and alpaca. These stylish accessories can be worn two ways-folded over the tops of your boots (as shown in the first photo) or with the lace pulled all the way up (as shown in the third photo.) The lace pattern is an easy, four-round repeat and the pair will take a few short evenings to complete.
